I already accepted "Grocery List," so if this is another kind, like a to-do list, or a pros/cons list, that would be good to know. In-Universe Professional and Academic Documents - Collge/University Admissions Essay - If the issue with this one is length, would the phrasing "Higher Ed Admissions Essay" work? (If I do not hear back in 48 hours, I will accept it as-is.)

In-Universe Publication - Lore - Is there something more specific you could put down? "Lore" seems pretty general, unless you're applying it to a specific fannish context I'm not aware of. (If I do not hear back in 48 hours, I will accept it as-is.) modified and ACCEPTED per comments

Music and Lyrics - In-universe Folk Song - I would prefer to keep this nomination with the other in-universe tags if possible, but I'm open to being persuaded. Poetry - Acrostic Poem - Since an acrostic does not have a specific line limit or other form, I would like to put a line count on this freeform. Please let me know what you think is an appropriate number, else in 48 hours I will change this to Poetry - Acrostic Poem (8+ lines) and accept it.

Poetry - Ballad - Since a ballad also does not have a specific form or line limit, I would like to put a minimum on this freeform. Please let me know what you think is an appropriate number, else in 48 hours I will change this to Poetry - Ballad (3+ stanzas) and accept it.

I nominated In-Universe Publication - Lore, I was thinking in the context of Supernatural where the Winchesters are always looking up the lore for creatures and powerful beings in books, what they usually call the "Lore". To be more specific maybe it could be stated as Lore Book Page or Lore Entry, I'm not sure what else to call it.

Would that fall under Bestiary? Or perhaps "Demon-Hunting Lore"?

Maybe, in SPN they tend to call all ancient knowledge "lore", I'm sorry I'm not being more helpful

Hi, I have a preemptive nominations question. I'd like to nominate the anime Re:Creators, which features several fictional other anime, video games, books etc in its story (although none of them are fully realised in the show). Would it be acceptable to request in-universe fanfiction of these fictional-within-fiction stories, or would you say that's not unconventional enough?

If it's acceptable, what would be a good freeform? I was thinking In universe fanwork - Fanfiction.

I just saw there was a freeform for episode recaps. If outright fanfiction is too conventional, I think I'll request that instead.

I nominated Link (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) and Zelda (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) for the LOZ TP fandom, but Zelda somehow wandered off into the unassociated characters rather than the TP fandom, where Link is. I'm not that versed in AO3 exchanges so I don't know if that'd going to cause issues, but I figured I'd point it out just in case.

I nominated "Hatake Kakashi (DoS)" under "Dreaming of Sunshine - Silver Queen (fic)" but, oops, at some point someone must have used "Hatake Kakashi (DoS)" on a work and it got synned to "Hatake Kakashi" :( I don't want to use up a slot filled with a different character to try renomming Kakashi, so if you've got a minute could you add "Hatake Kakashi (DoS)" to "Dreaming of Sunshine - Silver Queen (fic)"?
