'A Softer World' Remix
Definition: A Softer World is a long-running webcomic. It has a three-panel format with text that looks like it was cut from a typewriter. The specific font is Loveletter TW.

Fan Made Music Video
Definition: A fanvid of scenes from the canon accompanied by an existing song. Also called a music vid or a songvid.

Fanmix
Definition: A playlist of music that is associated with the requested character or relationship, whether through lyrics, mood, or other connections. Often, each song is listed with a particular lyric that matches the theme.
Minimum: Ten songs, including links to at least one place the song can be listened to (e.g. a YouTube video or a playlist on 8tracks)

Fanmix with Cover
Definition: See Fanmix. This work includes an image relevant to the playlist, similar to an album cover for a band.
Minimum: Eight songs if cover is an edit. Ten songs if cover is, e.g., a screenshot from the TV show.

Fanvid
Definition: A fan-created video compilation of scenes from canon, often focusing on a particular character or relationship, or telling a particular story. May or may not include music.
Minimum: 45 seconds of video.

Filk
Definition: A fannish song, usually adjacent to folk music (hence the name).
Minimum: Two unique stanzas of lyrics.

Gifset
Definition: A collection of gifs. Often either linked sequentially (in terms of snapshots of one particular scene) or thematically (illustrating a particular dynamic or aesthetic parallel).
Minimum: Ten gifs if there is no extensive editing. Six if using filters, color correction, or other similar techniques.

Icon Set
Definition: A group of icons suitable for various social media sites, thematically or aesthetically linked.
Minimum: At least four icons if using filters, color correction, or similar techniques. At least eight icons if not extensively edited.

Interactive Fiction
Definition: An interactive storytelling type in which the reader makes choices to decide which path they or the characters should take.
Minimum: Three endings OR 1,000 words.



Logic Grid Puzzle
Definition: A type of puzzle, which includes clues and context so that the solver may deduce the correct answers. For examples, please see a site such as this one.
Minimum: One logic puzzle of at least a 3x3 grid, solvable with only the given clues.

Moodboard
Definition: A collection of thematically linked images (often presented in a 3x3 grid).
Minimum: Two moodboards.

Musical Composition
Definition: An original musical composition. By default, requesting this tag includes only what can be played on a standard 88-key piano, but if you are open to other instrumentation, please indicate that in your request.
Minimum: Approximately 30 seconds of music, or 3 lines of written sheet music.

Paper Doll & Clothes
Definition: A paper doll and outfits which can be mixed and matched to dress the doll in various clothing items.
Minimum: One base doll pattern with at least three outfits and three additional accessories. All items should be printable by a regular color printer.

Plush Doll Pattern
Definition: Instructions for creating a soft toy.
Minimum: One complete pattern, including materials list, recommended fabric or yarn, recommended colors, and instructions.

Podfic
Definition: An audio recording of a fic.
Minimum: One complete, edited podfic of a work of at least 1,000 words, OR at least 10 minutes in length. ALTERNATELY: Write a work of 500 words and podfic it for the recipient.

Professional Wrestling Match Recap(s)
Definition: A written, after-the-fact summary of a pro wrestling match, often describing both the crowd reaction as well as the moves.
Minimum: At least 1,000 words, or two match recaps.

Sestina
Definition: A poetic form with six six-line stanzas and one three-line stanza featuring a repetition of specific words.
Minimum: One sestina.

Sonnet
Definition: A poetic form with fourteen lines of ten syllables each, written in iambic pentameter.
Minimum: One sonnet.

Sticker Sheet
Definition: A set of multiple sticker designs printed on one sheet, usually related in some way.
Minimum: At least 3 stickers. This should be printable using a standard color printer with sticker paper.

Symmetrina
Definition: A short story sequence of at least five standalone but thematically linked stories. The first and last are written in first person, the second and penultimate are written in second person, and all remaining stories are written in third person. The wordcount increases and decreases symmetrically across each story (i.e. story 1 and 5 have the same wordcount; story 2 and 4 have the same, larger, wordcount; story 3 has a still larger wordcount). Minimum: One symmetrina totaling at least 1,000 words.

Tarot Card
Definition: Tarot cards featuring characters or concepts from the requested fandom. Traditional tarot suits (minor arcana) are cups, staves or wands, pentacles, and swords. Tarot decks also include major arcana.
Minimum: One complete artwork, including the name of the card, and suit and number if relevant.

Tarot Reading
Definition: One or more tarot cards interpreted in the context of the question the reader asks. Often includes insight of a spiritual nature or offers advice on the question asker (in this case, the character)’s dilemma.
Minimum: One or more cards with meanings and interpretation for a total of at least 700 words.

Villanelle
Definition: A type of poem with nineteen lines divided into five three-line stanzas followed by a four-line stanza. The first and third lines of the first stanza are repeated in an alternating pattern as the final line of each subsequent stanza.
Minimum: One villanelle.

Definition: An article published in a scholarly journal, often discussing research or a study and its conclusions.

In-Universe Illuminated Text
Definition: A text that is decorated with flourishes or other images in the margins.
Minimum: At least 1,000 word-equivalents. At least 100 actual words and at least 1 illustration. Each illustration is worth 100 words. (i.e., 100 words + 9 illustrations = 1,000 words; 200 words + 8 illustrations = 1,000 words)

In-Universe Magazine Spread w/ Images
Definition: An in-depth profile of an event or person, usually as a feature and taking up multiple pages of the magazine. May include sections of an interview with the subject or someone close to the subject.
Minimum: At least 800 words and at least 2 images.

In-Universe Mission Report
Definition: A written after-action summary describing the results and conclusions from a completed mission.
