I have some queries about both fandom/character and medium nominations.

In all cases, unless otherwise specified, I will make the proposed change and accept if I don't hear from the nominator within 24 hours.

All improperly formatted fandom/character nominations have been rejected. If your nominations were rejected, and you still want those characters in the tagset, I will be putting up a post where you can request late additions to the tagset.

- is this a clearly defined group? My understanding is that it's a large organization without a set core group of members. Would "Group: Creator's Choice of Justice League Members" work for you?

- what exactly are you looking for? There are already freeforms such as "Crafts and Games - Plush Doll Pattern" and "Crafts and Games - Cross Stitch/Embroidery Pattern." Any sort of pattern should be under "Crafts and Games" as a category. Are you looking instead for fiber collage, wherein the artist uses yarn to glue down on paper to create an image? Please clarify. If no response in 24 hours, I will reject this nomination.

Audio and/or Visual - Screenshot Story
- I'm not exactly sure what this is, and my googling has failed me. I can't accept if I don't know what it is, so if I don't hear back in 24 hours, I will reject this nomination.

Audio and/or Visual - VGM Fanmix
- I'll accept this tag as-is, but for my own understanding of writing minimums, I'd like to confirm that the nominator meant "a fanmix using only music from video game soundtracks" and that this tag applies to all fandoms, not just video game fandoms. If no response in 24 hours, I will accept as-is.

In-Universe Fanwork - In-Universe Fic and/or Art Exchange or Bang
- Nominator, are you looking for a fanwork that is an in-universe ruleset, a request/offer, a bang story claiming form, a piece of in-universe fanwork created for an in-universe event? This is unfortunately too broad for me to accept as-is. If no response in 24 hours, I will change to "Fic and/or Art Exchange or Bang Ruleset" and accept.

In-Universe Media And Online: Script/Screenplay
- what type of script/screenplay are you looking for? The tag "In-Universe Media and Online - Script Of In-Universe Movie Loosely Based On Real Events" is already in the tagset; does this get at what you're looking for? If not, I need a little clarification. If no response in 24 hours, I will reject this nomination.

In-Universe Personal Documents - Travel Documents
- I don't travel much, so I'm not super clear on what besides a passport or ticket would be included in the category of travel documents. I'm happy to accept as-is, but I'd like a little more information so I can write a minimum for this tag. If no response in 24 hours, I will accept as-is.

In-Universe Professional and Academic Documents - Passport(s)
- would the nominator be open to recategorizing this as "In-Universe Personal Documents" rather than professional and academic documents? I understand why it's under professional, but I think perhaps more people are likely to expect to find it under personal. If not, I'm happy to accept as-is. If no resposne in 24 hours, I will accept as-is.

Not my nom, but I'd get rid of the piping and keep Hawks and Dabi personally. Both of them went by those names exclusively until their legal names were revealed. There won't be any confusion as to what character is meant.

What I had in mind was not a rule set, it was more like the whole exchange. Similar ones have been done for fic in a box. Except also for a bang instead of an exchange if the creator wanted to do that.

In-Universe AO3 Based Fanfic Exchange & Related Posts/Messages
Minimums & Equivalents
1k written or equivalent. This is potentially very multimedia.
The following always count towards wordcount: Social media that is typical for organizing exchanges (DW, discord, tumblr, forums, ect) and posts/comments from in-universe participants/mods about the exchange. Rules/instructions within an AO3 exchange. Signups within an AO3 exchange.
Other mediums may or may not count for normal equivalent depending on what the recipient has requested
Other Notes
Fills for the in-universe exchange will only count towards your minimum if they would fill a request.
For example, say the Fic In A Box recipient is requesting this tag for Star Wars Original Trilogy as well as "In-Universe RPF", with "Solo: Leia Organa" as their relationship tag. In this case it would presumably be a Leia Organa themed In-Universe exchange, so because In-Universe RPF encompasses many mediums most of the fills would probably also count towards your minimum as long as they remained focused on Leia Organa!
For another example, say the Fic In A Box recipient has requested this tag for Scum Villain as well as "Fanart", with "Solo: Shen Yuan" as their relationship tag. In this case you might do an In-Universe exchange where the In-Universe webnovel is treated like a work of fiction. In this case, because Shen Yuan will not feature in the works gifted in the In-Universe exchange, the fills for the In-Universe exchange most likely will not count towards your minimum.

I see what you're getting at with this tag -- thank you for your reply! I'm still not sure I can approve and create a minimum, due to how broad it is, and with a gift minimum equivalent to 1k words rather than FIAB's gift minimum of 10k/equivalent, this might be beyond the scope of this exchange.

I'm open to accepting something like "Fic and/or Art Fandom Event Discussion" or "Fic and/or Art Fandom Event Mod Posts" since those are easier for me to nail down a minimum. Do either or both of those work for you? I'm willing to split this into 2-3 tags if that's your preference.

FIAB has a 1k minimum too, per gift (even if it's a 10k per participant assignment).

How about a minimum of 1k words that fall under any of those categories? 1k of a fic told as bits from an exchange. Discord, dreamwidth or tumblr or other mod com/site, list of fills, emails between participants and mods, whatever of that a creator feels like making.

Star Trek SNW - not the nominator but in case you need this general info - the piping is canonical because how she's referred to varies across adaptations. Just Una Chin-Riley seems fine to me for a SNW tag. She's technically not the only person in Star Trek to get nicknamed Number One, so that's probably the better name to delete.
